Bonus Building Care, its principals, employees, master franchise owners and employees of master franchise owners are being accused of running an illegal business scheme
In the class action lawsuit Jennings et al v. Bonus Building Care, Inc. et al, the defendants are accused of fraudulently inducing individuals “to purchase a cleaning franchise and thereafter exploited their control and economic power in order to extract exorbitant and unjustifiable payments and expenditures from their franchisees.”
As a result, the suit alleges, “Defendants reap grossly inflated sales and profits, creating an illusion of corporate growth and business prosperity while causing substantial, permanent, irreparable financial harm to the unit franchisees.”

Marcus Crosdale is a citizen and resident of the State of Missouri who owned and operated a unit franchise of RYCO Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Bonus Building Care.
Jessie Binion is a citizen and resident of the State of Alabama who owned and operated a unit franchise of Grove Partners of Birmingham, LLC, doing business as Bonus Building Care.
